Message will find that you can bore the stock ones to 54.5mm thats what I had mine done to..

A=pie*r^2
A=pie*54.5^2
But you have two throttle bodies
thus your Total Area is
Total Area=2 * pie * 54^2
= 18653
Now if you measure a single 75mm throttle body you will get
A=pie*75*75=17662

Thus two bored stock throttle bodies are actually bigger than a single 75mm throttle body which is good for over 1000HP.
To be specific around a single 77mm..

But the real question is the throttle body a restriction? Are there any real gains from increasing the throttle body?
If you look at flow tests you will see that they didn't make that much of a difference. And that true restriction is the intake plenum itself.

Here is some numbers on the intake plenum with different throttle bodies and etc..
